Below: the version we already built (the recommended pick), and three alternative directions. Each one is a complete homepage, not a mockup. Click through. Read on your phone. Tell us which one feels like you, and we'll build the rest of the site around it.
The recommended pick
Dark cream and ember palette. Hero, three-step explainer, services grid, four free calculator tools, free-consultation close. Conventional in form, but every section is loaded with copy and structure that makes it clearly yours.
This is the version Trisha shaped first. The safest bet, and the one that ships fastest.
Each anchors on something real about how you train people: the evening-only schedule, the in-home model, or the way you bundle work into multi-week programs. Same brand and copy DNA, very different homepage.
The evening schedule grid IS the hero. Tue / Wed / Thu by 6 / 7 / 8 PM, click a slot to claim it. Trainer bio and services live below.
Open conceptService-area map is the hero. The site sells the in-home, driveway, and park promise that gym-based trainers can't.
Open conceptNo hourly sessions. Three named programs with weeks, sessions, price, and a number at the end. A coaching shop window.
Open conceptLogo options
All eight built around "Confidence Conditioning" or your initials. Some quiet, some loud. They live next to the site direction, not separately, so a serif site usually wants a serif mark.

| A · First Session | The most distinctiveBooking schedule grid is the hero. Best if your supply is tight and you want clients to self-select into open slots. Most PT sites bury this; here it leads. |
| B · I'll Come To You | The most localMap of Sunnyvale and Los Altos as hero. Sells the mobile / in-home promise that the gym-based competition can't match. Best if local SEO is the priority. |
| C · Programs | The most premiumThree named programs with weeks, sessions, outcomes, prices. Stops you from selling hours and starts you selling finished projects. Best for fewer, longer engagements. |
